Canterbury Diocese is looking for a pioneer who has a passion for reaching and discipling Young People.
We have created a post and are recommissioning a church building in the heart of Sittingbourne that will become the catalyst to shift our culture in the way we connect with Secondary School Students.
The successful applicant is likely to have a proven track record in Youth Ministry and preferably has led teams previously.
In the first instance the successful candidate will help us continue to shape the project which is being put forward to the Church Commissioners to raise money for a team of Youth Leaders and admin support so that the ministry can be replicated around our Diocese.
As the Diocesan Youth Hubs Project Leader you will be responsible for completing the project work in line with the plan, on time and to the required quality standard, and will regularly report progress to the Project Board. The main aims of this role include:
