We are seeking an experienced administrator to support the work of the Missions and Ministry team.

This is a part time post in which you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative tasks in support of the busy Mission and Ministry team.

The daily tasks will be broad and varied and will include, responding to queries from parishes, clergy and other parties. Arranging and taking bookings for training events, including organising the catering and delegate information.

  • Professional experience and relevant qualifications
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a busy office environment
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Competent IT skills, proficient with Microsoft office
  • Demonstrable financial understanding and related skills
  • Able to prioritise time and resources
  • Responsive to the changing needs of a busy team

The central office is the Old Deanery, Exeter, where a small team work in areas such as safeguarding, property and finance to support the mission of our parishes.
