Administrative Assistant for Good neighbours Network Hub (part-time)

The Good Neighbours Network is a unique organisation, made up of over 125 local volunteer groups who deliver all sorts of acts of kindness to local people across Hampshire, from gardening in Gosport to transport in Totton.

The Hub Administrative Assistant is a new role, that supports the team leader and network advisers by administering the website, CRM system, e-learning portal social media, telephone queries and general administrative responsibilities including DBS checks on volunteers. You will need to have confident IT skills, to be a good communicator, organised, a people person, and act in a responsible way.

The post is initially for a fixed term of 18 months but with the possibility of renewal subject to funding. Salary: £20,740 pro rata for 5 mornings or possibly 3 days a week (= £ 12,444) plus pension. Flexibility required and occasional travel in Hampshire.

Portsmouth Diocesan Council for Social Responsibility (PDCSR) is a church charity which hosts the Good Neighbours Network hub, (based in Portsmouth) and is funded by Hampshire County Council, Portsmouth City Council and NHS.
