Team Vicar* of the Cartmel Peninsula Team Ministry with special responsibility for Grange over Sands, Field Broughton with Lindale

We are looking for:

• A humble servant leader, developing and nurturing the Ministry of All
• A person of prayer, a visionary and collaborative team player
• A clear communicator, teacher of the faith and enabler of discipleship
• A person who is a visible member of the community and takes an active part in our Church Schools
• A leader who will help our transition from a Team Ministry to a Mission Community

* Consultation is underway to terminate the Team Ministry and dissolve the benefice. Subject to pastoral reorganisation this post will cease once the new scheme takes effect. It is the intention that the post holder will become the Vicar of Grange-over-Sands and Field Broughton with Lindale but this will not be shown in the scheme.
