We are looking for a priest who will:

• work collaboratively within the Mission and Ministry team, advising the sponsoring Bishop, in overseeing the discernment, selection and preparation of women and men for ordained public ministry in the Church of England;
• have a desire to widen participation and diversity in ministry;
• be responsible for the pastoral care of the ordinands throughout their training and transition to public ministry, managing a team of ADDOs and liaising with the Curate Training Officer and Training Incumbents;
• accompany the Director of Lay Ministry Vocations in leading and managing the work of a team of Vocational Advisors;
• form a strong partnership with training providers;
• be responsible for the DDO budget and maintenance grants.
