This part time role is an exciting opportunity that includes a particular emphasis on mentoring and coaching church leaders and volunteers, enabling them to deliver the JSP discipleship material.

• Under the direction of the Team Leader, support and champion development of JSP principles and values amongst CYP&F in churches running JSP within the dioceses of Bristol, Chester and further afield.
• Work collaboratively with assigned missional accompaniers and diocesan JSP champions.
• Advise the Team Leader and Trustees on matters of policy, strategy, and good practice in relation to children, young people and families.
• Introduce intergenerational approaches to ministry.
• Review and edit resources as required.

The ideal person would have relevant experience paid or voluntary in a church. They would wholeheartedly promote intergenerational ministry and enthusiastically embrace the JSP ethos, method, and vision.
