Over the past five years, we have “grown into” our benefice, working together and supporting each other. We would like our Rector to build on the cohesion between our churches, making us relevant to local people’s concerns, and ready to respond to the needs in our communities. Our Rector will benefit from being in a lovely part of South Northamptonshire, living in a modern, well-equipped Rectory and serving a friendly benefice of four parishes within a compact geographical footprint. They will be ministering in four beautiful historic churches, all of which are Grade II* listed. There are dedicated churchwardens who attend to the spiritual and physical demands of these churches.

We realise that with a working week of two days, plus Sundays, our new Rector has a limited amount of time. However, we can offer the wholehearted support of our Reader, Lay Pastoral Minister and other members of our congregations, who are keen to share in the ministry of the church.
The rewards will be seeing the churches grow as people encounter Jesus.
