The rural benefice of West Wycombe in Buckinghamshire is seeking a full-time interim priest for three years.

We have worked hard during the long vacancy to identify our challenges.
We are now ready to move into the next exciting stage of our ministry and mission by embracing the changes needed.

We seek a priest who is -

• A priest of vision and passionate about making a God focused difference to our Benefice within the next three years

• Realistic about the urgent challenges faced and the need to work closely with the Benefice group

• A keen strategist who combines this with deep pastoral awareness

• Willing to engage with and encourage the local community
