Could you be the person to support the Diocesan Surveyor?
The successful candidate would provide a high standard of administrative support to ensure timely and cost-effective repair and maintenance service to our houses. You will also administer lettings of vacant housing stock following our policy guidelines.
The Property Administrator would be the central point of contact for clergy when they have a problem at their property, therefore communication, understanding, and interpersonal skills are paramount.
We are looking for someone with experience in administration, including the ability to use Microsoft Office products effectively and understanding of databases, you will be flexible and adaptable with excellent communication skills. You will also be part of the Administration Network You will also be part of the Administration Network for peer support, and sharing of leading practice.
