The newly proposed ‘Land’s End’ Benefice in which the House for Duty Minister will minister encompasses the village communities that frame the surrounding coastline and consists of the parishes of St. Levan, St. Sennen, St. Buryan, St Just, Pendeen and Morvah. The House for Duty Minister will be responsible to, and support, Revd Karsten Wedgewood, the current incumbent of St Just, Pendeen and Morvah and incumbent designate of the proposed Land’s End Benefice. The proposed Land’s End Benefice is located in the west of the Penwith peninsula in Cornwall, the most south-westerly point of Britain. It sits mainly on granite bedrock, which has led to the formation of a rugged coastline with many fine beaches and deep valleys.
