The Ely Diocesan Board of Finance (Diocese of Ely) is seeking a Development Officer - Children and Families to join our team.

• Are you a practitioner with a proven track record of engaging with children and their families?
• Are you passionate about equipping, empowering and supporting others?
• Do you have a desire to help shape work with children and families across the Diocese of Ely?

Purpose of the Role

• To be an enabler and multiplier for parishes in the Diocese of Ely to support the envisioning, implementation and development of appropriate worship and nurture programmes for children and their families.
• To develop and implement a strategic approach to reaching Children and Families across the Diocese.
• To train, coach and develop a network of lay people to provide lay leadership which prioritise the needs of children and their families.
• To increase the quantity and quality of resource provision & training for Children’s leaders to increase their effectiveness in parishes.
