The Benefice of Penn and Tylers Green seeks to appoint a new vicar with a passion for ensuring our wonderful churches remain relevant to their communities now and for the future.

We are looking for someone who will lead and build on existing links and local connections and help us to grow and thrive. As Christians we seek to engage with our world and our churches and offer a place of welcome and acceptance for all.

We are seeking a vibrant, collaborative and pastoral vicar who:

• will enable us to shape our mission and discipleship for the future;

• will enable us to identify and develop our gifts and ministries;

• will be comfortable leading worship in a variety of styles, both traditional and contemporary;

• will enable us in the development of our links and relationship with our communities.

In exchange, our new vicar will find a welcoming church family of prayer, friendship and fellowship; an active community in a wonderful location beautifully positioned on the summit of a Chiltern ridge.
