The Bishop of Dorchester invites applications for the post of

House for Duty/Associate Vicar in the Benefice of Shrivenham & Ashbury

Situated in the stunning Vale of White Horse with excellent transport links to Oxford and Swindon, we are looking for a priest who will engage with our mission to mirror the hospitality of God throughout our rural Benefice, including:

• Engaging with our flourishing ministry to children, families and local primary schools
• Pastoral care for our congregations, ensuring no one is left out or forgotten
• Primary pastoral responsibility for the parishes of Ashbury, and Longcot with Fernham

We aim to be flexible, allowing you to develop your gifts, skills and experience within a supportive team, including lay worship leaders and a Benefice Administrator, and hope you will enjoy the variety we offer.

You will be offered an attractive modern vicarage in the picturesque village of Ashbury.
