Christ Church has a regular, realistic and pragmatic programme of triennial Mission Action Plans. These are built up through a period of listening and discernment for the PCC and shared with the congregation. Its key elements are:

• Communicating Christ and the Christian life in the digital age.
We want a leader with a collaborative style who is not afraid to provide a loving challenge; someone with a heart for pastoral care who encourages others to share in that parish ministry and has an interest in developing future leaders.
