We are a single parish of three beautiful churches in rural Oxfordshire with a culture of generosity and welcome.

We are seeking a Rector (House for Duty) as incumbent to live, work and engage in our rural community who will continue God’s work in the parish:

• faithfully and prayerfully sharing our Christian faith and its relevance for all;
• promoting the Church as warm and inclusive, fostering growth through ministry and pastoral work;
• supporting us (with enthusiasm and creativity) in our outreach of hospitality, music, inter faith dialogue and ecumenical relationships;
• sharing our mission to ensure the continuity of all our Churches, at the heart of our community, and to grow our number, engaging with all ages, backgrounds and faiths.

We will provide:

• A manageable role in a compact benefice, in the Oxfordshire countryside;
• A lovely, modern four bedroom house, well located in the parish and within easy reach of Oxford and London;
• an active and supportive laity who will support your ministry and outreach.
