The Churches are in the thriving and beautiful small Ribble Valley villages of Waddington and West Bradford. The villages have populations of 1,028 and 788 respectively and are 2 and 2.5 miles respectively from the expanding market town of Clitheroe. The Parish comprises of the 2 villages and surrounding scattered farms and dwellings and the Almshouses in Waddington.
The Vicarage is situated in the village of Waddington and is a modern and recently refurbished detached property.
