Part of this provision has been as a very successful national provider of National Professional Qualification (NPQ) programmes over the last four years. Beginning in 2017 with the delivery of NPQs for Headteachers. Our suite of programmes has now expanded to include programmes for Specialist Teachers, Senior Leaders and also Executive Leaders. More recently, a partnership between the Church of England and the Catholic Education Service is also enabling programmes to be delivered more widely as together our school provision represents around 34% of the sector.

To manage the application and enrolment process for our provision of NPQs we have recently built and implemented a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system. This system integrates with a Learning Management System (LMS) which facilitates the delivery of these qualifications to adult learners. The CRM system also supports other activities in the wider department such as the national school inspection service, SIAMS.

As Digital Systems Assistant you will support the Business Analyst’s work across all digital systems. Your role will focus on ensuring our NPQ participants experience a smooth transition from application to enrolment by making sure data processes seamlessly from third party systems into our CRM. You will utilise our CRM to enable recruitment retention via consistent data cleansing/data management and validation, and by taking responsibility for participant/delivery partner enrolment on our Learning Management System (LMS).

You will also be working with the Learning Specialist to provide technical support and LMS administration where required and be responsible for triaging digital/system related queries from delivery partners and participants.

This role also offers the opportunity to support in wider digital systems management across the Church of England Education Office, including applications of the CRM system to support further activities.

We are taking a flexible approach to work, with many colleagues opting for a hybrid approach to their working week, with a mixture of home and office-based working. Further details will be discussed at interview.

The Church of England is for everyone and we want to reflect the diversity of the community the Church serves across the whole country. This is a priority for the Archbishops. Therefore, while of course we welcome all applications from interested and suitably experienced people, we particularly welcome applicants from UK Minority Ethnic backgrounds and people with disabilities.

To arrange an informal conversation please contact Grace Loughran at grace.loughran@churchofengland.org

Interviews will be held on Friday 26th August 2022.

We offer a unique environment with opportunities for continuous learning, generous annual leave for work life balance, season ticket loans and a range of benefits including discounted entry to attractions and what we feel is a market leading package when it comes to our pension scheme.
