As part of our People and Places framework, we have identified the need to radically re-imagine what missional leadership (ordained and lay) needs to look like across our diocese. We are moving to a greater degree of oversight leadership at local level as we seek to set team-working, collaboration, equipping others, fostering the gifts of the whole people of God, accountability and mutual support at the heart of our approach to mission-oriented ministry.
