These goals are beginning to shape our life as a diocesan family. We have chosen to invest in a strategy for growth over the next 5 years.

The ‘Reach’ goal is focused in two areas:

  • People in Poverty
  • Those in their 20s – 40s

This important role supports the delivery of our 20s40s initiatives with a specific emphasis on the lay ministry aspects of our work – a particular focus for us in developing our strategy.

Working collaboratively, you will shape and drive the lay ministry element of our initiatives, ensuring support, advice and resources are available, and overseeing the set-up and allocation of a growth fund.

  • To envision and enable the role of the laity in reaching and discipling 20s – 40s and ensure support, advice and resources is available to them.
  • Establish, develop and oversee the Growth Fund.
  • Support the establishment and development of the cohort of full time 20s - 40s Ministers and create a wider learning community across the diocese.

You will be a committed Christian with experience as a pioneering practitioner and a passion to see younger adults become disciples.You will be able to influence and support dispersed teams and individuals, enabling them to flourish.
