This important role supports the delivery of our 20s–40s initiatives with a specific emphasis on the lay ministry aspects of our work – a particular focus for us in developing our strategy.
Working collaboratively, you will shape and drive the lay ministry element of our initiatives, ensuring support, advice and resources are available, and overseeing the set-up and allocation of a growth fund.
You will be a committed Christian with experience as a pioneering practitioner and a passion to see younger adults become disciples.You will be able to influence and support dispersed teams and individuals, enabling them to flourish.
