The ‘Reach’ goal is focused in two areas:
Working with the Director of making and Nurturing Disciples, you will drive the overall delivery of our 20s–40s initiatives.
You will use your own insights as a practitioner to establish, support and ensure the effective deployment of a new team of ministers.You will provide direction and oversight to the work, encouraging a culture of shared learning and contributing to the development of a toolbox of resources.
You will be a committed Christian with experience as a pioneering practitioner.You will be able to envision and enable others to see younger adults become disciples, and be confident in leading a learning community.
