An exciting opportunity for a community minded and energetic priest who wants to pick up and run with a new-found enthusiasm and desire for collaboration that is emerging in this benefice. There is a lot of scope here, and capable and committed people willing to work alongside you. Much of the groundwork is in place and we are now looking for a new leader to inspire and guide us to develop a vibrant and sustainable vision for the future of God’s Kingdom in this delightful corner of South Lincolnshire.

We have a real enthusiasm to become the church God is calling us to be, and offer supportive and hardworking congregations, four delightful church buildings and the resources of a deanery administrator and deanery youth and children’s worker.

We are looking for someone who:

• Will have a genuine heart for rural Lincolnshire and the challenges we face.
• Can help us re-engage with the local community.
• Has exceptional leadership skills, emotional intelligence and a sustaining sense of humour.
• Will discern, nurture and utilise our gifts.
• Will challenge and resource us to be better disciples.
• Has a ‘can do’ approach and is able to facilitate change.
• Is brave enough to fail and try something different.
