Good Neighbours Network Leader
Good Neighbours in Hampshire is a network of 120+ volunteer groups run by local people for local people who offer a helping hand to others in their community.
The Network has been in existence for 40+ years and is currently at an important stage of its development as we look to embrace new technology, expand our range of volunteers and further promote the tremendous work of good neighbours.
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and talented individual as the Network Leader, who has significant experience of leading a team, management, working with volunteers, along with expertise in safeguarding and charity governance.
This is initially for 1 year, fixed term, but extendable subject to funding. Salary for full time £31,508 + pension (role is full time but a 4 days post would be negotiable). Flexibility required. Enhanced DBS check required.
The Good Neighbours Network works across Hampshire Portsmouth and Southampton, on behalf of the Dioceses of Winchester and Portsmouth. The offices are in Portsmouth but travel across Hampshire is an essential element. It is funded by Hampshire County Council, Portsmouth City Council and the NHS.
